WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, include:
- An unboxing video
- Clear images of the product and original packaging
If the product is found to be defective within 48 hours of delivery, The product will be replace and delivered within 3 to 5 days with a new product at no additional cost.
